Delete your Lumivia account

You can permanently delete your Lumivia account at any time, in either of two ways.
Option A: delete it yourself
• Website: sign in, open your account menu (top right) and choose Delete account.
• Android app: open the Account tab and tap Delete account.
Your account is deleted straight away. A website subscription is cancelled automatically. Subscriptions bought through Google Play or the App Store must be cancelled in that store.
Option B: ask us
Email support@lumivia.au from the email address on your account. We'll delete your account within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account and profile, saved plans, schedule and check-off progress, reminders and notification settings, referral records and password reset tokens. Nothing is kept, except payment records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes.
