Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. When you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

If you're unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge at support@cleanserguy.com and we'll review your request. We generally offer a refund for the most recent payment if the service wasn't used substantially in that period. Where required by consumer law in your country, additional rights apply and are unaffected by this policy.

For yearly plans cancelled after the 14-day window, access continues until the end of the paid year; we don't provide partial-year refunds except where required by law.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
