This Privacy Policy explains how PureVital ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and app.
Information we collect
• Account data: your email address, name, and (for password accounts) a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture.
• Plan data: the cleanse/fast plans, schedules, progress and reminders you create.
• Payment data: subscription status and transaction records. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: basic analytics to improve the product.
How we use your information
To provide and personalise the service, generate your plans, process subscriptions, send service-related messages, prevent abuse, and comply with the law.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that run the service — notably Stripe (payments) and our hosting/AI providers used to generate guidance. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention & security
We keep your data while your account is active. Passwords are hashed and sessions use secure, http-only cookies. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
